Okay, this is just some fun goofiness.
I’ve been collecting the Nintendo action figures called Amiibo since their debut in 2014. When I started getting interested in cinematography, I thought, “What a better way to play around with my camera than to make a couple of silly movies?” And I used my collected figures as “actors” of a sort.
And boy are these movies silly.
Let me be clear: none of these are good (actually, I think they are pretty fun)! But I had a hell of a good time making them, and I learned a lot about framing, shot composition, lighting, and even stop motion animation.
